Remove hoses from outside faucets…. If you don’t , watch out for leaks!

Remember to remove hoses from outside faucets.   Water can be trapped inside the faucet and freeze behind the wall.  This can happen with “frost proof” faucets too.

Those Pesky Floor Joists

If a pesky floor joist is in the way… just cut it out.  Why bother supporting the joist.  The home owner might notice the floor sagging or tilting, but the plumber decided to let someone else worry about that.
